I am delighted to welcome you to Issue One of ‘On The Line’, the new magazine for tennis coaches working in Ireland. I have long felt that Irish coaches should be provided with more resources and information, and my recent appointment as Coach Development Offi cer has allowed me to dedicate time to attempt to achieve this objective.
