Michele Krause will deliver the latest Cardio Tennis course for coaches at Brookfield LTC from 9am to 5pm on June 23rd. This course will be an ideal introduction to the concepts of CT for those coaches who have not been trained in the system previously, and want to set up the very popular CT progammes at their club.
It will also be a great refresher for those who attended the previous course, as there have been many progressions and developments in Cardio since Michele was last in Ireland.

New Teaching Methodology: The Serve Contact Point by John Yandell
It’s the critical moment on any stroke. But on the serve we see a wide range of contact points from elite players, both front to back and side to side. See how to use Federer as a model for creating a contact point that blends power and spin, maximizes efficiency, and reduces stress on the shoulder. See some amazing before and after video that shows how you can use stroke modeling and mental imagery to bring your own contact in line with the greatest technical player in the game.
FOR 10U TENNIS PROVIDERS, THE FORMULA FOR SUCCESS IS SIMPLE:
Tennis director and former club owner Rick Vetter says it’s not rocket science: Fewer Courts + More Players = More Income. How do you put this formula into practice at your tennis facility? One of the most reliable answers is with 10 and Under Tennis, which brings more kids onto the court at one time. But there’s a bonus, adds Vetter: 10 and Under Tennis also helps you build your base of players for the future. Click here to read more
NEW DIGITAL TENNIS MAGAZINE LAUNCHED: “‘Tennis Journal’ is the tennis magazine that shows you what’s really going on in the game. This new digital publication is full of original material by some of the foremost tennis writers, accompanied by photography and design that makes it a pleasure to look at and read. The magazine was launched partly as an attempt to rekindle long-form journalism in the sport, which is largely missing these days with the decline of the number of pages in print publications”.
