LIAM CASSIDY’S PRESENTATION AT THE NATIONAL CONFERENCE:
Attached is a copy of Liam Cassidy’s presentation at the National Conference. It is based on the feedback we received from clubs and coaches at Provincial Workshops in Connacht, Munster and Leinster. It is a very interesting read, if you want to know how clubs and coaches think in relation to issues affecting coaches, coaching and coaching programmes.
NEW TCI CLOTHING – VIEW THE RANGE!
Tennis Coach Ireland is now working with Frankie Marshall of ‘Frankie Sports’, who can supply all members with TCI clothing. All TCI clothing will carry our logo, and Frankie can also if you wish individualize your clothing by embroidering your name/message on any garment. Here is how the order process works:
1. To see all available items, go to www.pencarrie.com. 2. Select the items you are interested in, making a note of the colour, size and code number. 3. Contact Frankie by phone or email, and give her the information above, together with your embroidery requirements. 4. Frankie will let you know the cost of the items, including embroidery and delivery, and when you can expect to receive the clothing. 5. You can then decide if you would like to proceed with the order or not.
Phone: 087 155 2562.
A NOTE FROM ROGER GERAGHTY: The Tennis Ireland office has been getting a lot of enquiries about Level 2 and Level 3 Coaches Training Courses. The official applications, however, don’t match up with the enquiries.
Like all our courses, Level 2 and Level 3 Courses are organised based on demand. If you are sincerely interested in becoming a Level 2 or 3 coach, please apply officially for either course at http://www.tennisireland.ie/coaches/coaching_courses
